Four Seasons Services Terms and Conditions
1. Description of Services
Four Seasons Services provides cleaning and maintenance services, including house washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning (exterior and interior), screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, concrete cleaning (excluding asphalt), and deck/fence cleaning. These services are not classified as home improvement under Maryland law and do not require a Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) license.
2. Booking and Acceptance

Bookings made through our Wix website are subject to confirmation. We will contact you to finalize details and provide a written contract.

By signing the contract or making a deposit, you accept these Terms and Conditions and the scope of work outlined.
3. Payment Terms

A deposit of up to one-third of the contract price may be required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via check, cash, or credit card (subject to a 3% processing fee for credit card payments).

Balances unpaid within 7 days of completion may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Services are scheduled based on availability. Scheduling may be affected by weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

If we cancel or reschedule, we will notify you and arrange an alternative time at no cost.

If your contract falls under the Maryland Door-to-Door Sales Act, you may cancel within 3 business days from signing without penalty.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide clear access to the property and areas to be serviced.

Ensure access to water and electricity as needed.

For interior window cleaning, move furniture and valuables away from windows. For exterior services, remove or secure items like grills or deck furniture.

Maintain a safe working environment by securing pets and removing hazards.
6. Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, contact us within 7 days of completion. We will review your concerns and, if necessary, re-perform the service at no cost.
7. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for property damage unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage from customer failure to prepare the property.

Customers must ensure a safe environment; we are not liable for injuries due to customer negligence.

We comply with the Clean Water Act using eco-friendly products. Fines from customer-provided materials are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association, with costs shared equally. Arbitration will take place in Maryland.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos and text, is the property of Four Seasons Services. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Maryland law. Legal actions must be brought in Maryland courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
